Tourist-use properties are those located on residential land where accommodation services are offered for a fee on a regular basis, for short periods (less than 2 months), and for tourism purposes.
Accommodation can be:
Entire properties: Rented as a whole, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests.
Room rentals: The owner must reside in the property, and no more than 6 guests can be offered accommodation.
